Whether you are new to yoga, wanting to get back onto the mat or deepen and develop postures then this is a great class for you. 
I guide you through postures building from the ground up. Giving the body and mind time to feel the correct alignment.
I will lead you through a series of personally designed poses, breathing techniques and meditation. I keep to the same routine for a month allowing you to develop the taught postures and sequences enabling you to remember the sequence for your home practice.
